Ethos Services is a community-based mental health agency providing person-centered, strengths-based services to individuals and families. We offer CST, PSS, IIH, and SAIOP services focused on stability, recovery, and independence—because your mental health is our journey.

Adult Services

  • Comprehensive treatment to address alcohol and drug use
  • Women’s substance use treatment
  • Men’s substance use treatment
  • Outpatient – Individual, group and family therapy
  • Parenting Classes
  • Anger Management Classes

Outpatient Treatment

  • SACOT (Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Therapy) – 5 days per week, 4 hours per day
  • SAIOP (Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program) – 3 days per week, 3 hours per day
  • Basic Outpatient (20/40 hrs.)– 1 or 2 days per week, 2 hrs. per day
  • Focuses on learning coping skills to assist with recovery from illicit substances
  • Includes psycho-educational groups and skill building exercises

Outpatient Treatment

  • Med clinic prescribes Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Psychiatric medications
  • Days/Times for clinic varies
  • Med Clinic Process/Information:
    1. Client will need to complete an assessment.
    2. Assessor will then complete a referral form and get it to the Liaison for Med Clinic.
    3. Client will be seen weekly or monthly to be determined by provider.
    4. Once he/she is stabilized, the frequency will change.
    5. He/she will be seen by a medical provider or a physician’s assistant who is licensed in the State of NC.
    6. Accepts NC Medicaid and commercial insurance.
    7. Drug screening is mandatory and will also be taken randomly.
    8. MAT medications, including Suboxone and Subutex, are accessible; however, the decision rests with the medical provider's discretion if you are suitable for the program.

**It is important to understand that if medication services are provided through Ethos Services, clients are prohibited from seeking medication from other providers. Should clients choose to engage in services, it is mandatory to complete a consent form to ensure effective communication between the providers. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the client immediate termination from the program. **
